QuSyn Coursework on Quantum Technologies
Effective Date: 6 August 2025

1. Service Overview
QuSyn, in partnership with qBraid, provides educational coursework in quantum technologies across Bengali, English, Kannada, and Hindi. Successful participants may receive a certificate of completion.

2. Audience and Eligibility
Open to individuals, students, professionals, and organizations legally capable of entering binding agreements. Restricted in jurisdictions where access or participation would be unlawful.

3. Usage Policy
Users must not:

• Sublicense, share, or transfer access credentials
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or recreate any content
• Use materials for commercial, institutional, or promotional gain
• Circumvent access restrictions or security features

Exceptions are allowed only with written consent from QuSyn.

4. Intellectual Property
All course content—including visuals, code, translations, and documents—is the sole intellectual property of QuSyn. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Access is granted via one-time payment
• Non-refundable, except in cases of:
• Failed transactions
• Unresolved login/access issues within 15 days of reporting to QuSyn/qBraid

6. Certification
Participants who complete the coursework and meet usage terms may receive a certificate of completion. This certificate affirms participation but does not guarantee job placement, professional advancement, or academic credit.

7. Termination of Access
QuSyn may revoke access without refund if any clauses—especially relating to usage and intellectual property—are violated.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The coursework is for educational purposes only
• QuSyn and qBraid do not guarantee employment or accreditation outcomes
• Both parties are fully indemnified from claims arising from content use or misuse

9. Accessibility Statement
QuSyn is committed to multilingual accessibility. Content is available in Bengali, English, Kannada, and Hindi. Format requests for disability accommodations will be considered upon request.

10. Tools and Integrations
QuSyn may use third-party tools for payment, learning management, and certification (e.g., Google Forms, Zoom, LMS portals). These tools operate under their own data and usage policies.

11. Policy Updates
QuSyn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted and effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
